Introduction:
DLonra Pty Ltd, a prominent educational publisher, expanded its services by launching DLonra Academy, an online distance-learning college. The project involved designing a comprehensive website that caters to both the publishing and educational branches of the company. My role was to create an intuitive, user-friendly platform that supports the needs of students, lecturers, and book buyers.
Student Portal:
- Dashboard: An intuitive interface providing quick access to courses, schedules, and announcements.
- Course Materials: Easy access to lecture notes, assignments, and additional resources.
- Communication Tools: Integrated messaging system for direct interaction with lecturers and peers.
- Progress Tracking: Tools to monitor academic progress and upcoming deadlines.
Lecturer Portal:
- Course Management: Tools to upload course materials, create assignments, and manage student grades.
- Communication Tools: Direct messaging and discussion boards for student engagement.
- Resource Library: A centralized location for storing and sharing educational resources.
